Taking into account the specific nature of our merchandise and the fact that each dress is tailor made for a customer, the following rules for returns and exchanges apply in our shop:
A dress is damaged during shipment. You have to take a photo of a damaged garment and a damaged package immediately upon its receipt and email to firstname.lastname@example.org together with your order number. Please provide also a “Proof of Damage” documentation from a delivery carrier, and we will arrange a replacement of your order.
To dispute about the size deviation, you have to put a garment on a flat surface, measure it with a tape measure and email a photo with measurements to email@example.com.
Color aberration is not considered as a quality problem, because it exists due to the color effect by the PC monitor and/or lightning conditions.
We make our dresses strictly according to the style and material displayed on the site. And we do not accept requests for returns with claims “not like the picture I ordered” or dissatisfaction about the quality of materials used.
The request for return or exchange due to a quality problem has to be addressed during 3 days upon the receipt of your order.
Please make sure to receive a Return Authorization Number and put it on your return package.
Returns or exchanges without Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
Before return or exchange of the dresses or clothing, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and with tags intact and attached. Defective, damaged or mis-shipped Items are eligible for a refund or exchange.
